FALMOUTH SIMPLE SOLUTION : STOP PAYING FOR THE MEGAWATT TURBINES - NEVER NEGOTIATE AGAINST YOURSELF
Falmouth wind turbine health and finacial fiasco enabled by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center
FALMOUTH SIMPLE SOLUTION : STOP PAYING FOR THE MEGAWATT TURBINES - NEVER NEGOTIATE AGAINST YOURSELF
The Falmouth Select Board is determined to negotiate with up to 200 residential home owners around the wind turbines.
Members of the board have said that eventually the turbine noise issue will be negotiated.
In the United States people do not negotiate family heath for money. It's as simple as that it's not World War II.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative now the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center sold Falmouth Wind I to the Town of Falmouth.
1. The 2005 KEMA wind study and map show the wind turbines would exceed 40 decibels of noise.
2. The former CEO Engel Ditlev of Vestas wind company said there is nothing they can do about infra sound.
3,. In 1987 the NASA investigation by Dr. Neil Kelly proved wind turbine infra sound.
4. In boiler plate noise and wind studies prior to the Falmouth studies MassCEC warned of two distinct types of noise : "regulatory" measured in decibels and "human annoyance"today called infra sound. The MassCEC dropped the warnings for the Falmouth studies.
5. On April 2 2013 the MassCEC admitted in a memo the acoustic noise tests for Falmouth Wind 1 were incorrect
6. Nils Bolgen the wind director of the MassCEC in 2013 changed setbacks to 2000 feet to property lines.
7. Vestas wind company in 2010 sent a noise warning letter to the Town of Falmouth the turbine emits 110 decibels of noise
8. General Electric a domestic wind company refused to place a smaller single megawatt wind turbine because of residential setbacks and ice throw
9. There is no preliminary wind study for Falmouth Wind II
10. The Massachusetts Department of Enviromental Protection found the turbines exceed noise regulations
The Town of Falmouth, Town Meeting Members and its citizens need to stop paying for the turbines and have the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center take the turbines down, pay all existing debt and make the town whole.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is 100 percent at fault for the installation of megawatt wind turbines near residential homes.
There is enough information above to make the MassCEC remove the turbines and apologize to the town.
The MassCEC has a renewable agenda of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy and doesn't care what it costs you the taxpayers
The attorneys working for the town are collecting your money. There is a pile of money and they have shovels and wheelbarrows.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative now the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center was the original owners of the turbines. They sold you the turbine gave you one million up front because they couldn't sell the turbines at auction -no one bid on them.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative now the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center renegotiated your renewable energy agreement in 2014 adding another 1.8 million to the agreement. They would never have renegotiated the contract unless they are guilty.
How much longer before you figure out the turbines should never have been built ?
This was a bad deal -tell them you want your money back
