The facility features a large, secure outdoor play area with age-appropriate equipment. Children spend plenty of time outdoors, engaging in physical play and exploring nature. There may also be gardening activities. The building is designed with child safety in mind, featuring soft corners, non-toxic materials, and secure fencing around outdoor areas. Access points are monitored and locked to ensure only authorized individuals can enter. There’s a first aid kit and trained staff on hand at all times to handle any emergencies. The classrooms and play areas are spotless, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through large windows. The space is well-organized, with age-appropriate toys, books, and learning materials accessible to children. There’s a cozy reading nook, art stations, and sensory play areas where kids can explore their creativity. Our staff is certified in child development, first aid, and CPR, but they also have a genuine passion for working with children. Two arrests have been made in a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/barnstablepolice/posts/1079852965362477" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hyannis armed robbery</a> earlier this week.Kyle Mugford, 19, of Hyannis, and Devon Pelrine, 18, of Falmouth, were arrested Thursday after they allegedly robbed a man at knifepoint in Hyannis Wednesday. The victim approached police Wednesday and police said they developed warrants for the pair's arrest.<ul><li><a href="https://link.patch.com/join/3-0-subscribe?list=US_MA_BARNSTABLE_558">Subscribe to Barnstable/Hyannis Patch news alerts</a></li></ul>Police said Mugford and Pelrine are "well-known" to them.After the warrant was issued, Barnstable police Officer Nathan St. Onge was directing a traffic detail in Hyannis when he spotted the pair drive by him in a vehicle, police said. St. Onge alerted fellow officers, who caught up with the car and arrested the pair.
