It’s understandable when you have been raped of your health and finances your embarrassed and don’t want to speak out.
The Town of Falmouth has been raped by the wind turbines and is acting accordingly.
The Select Board, Town Meeting Members and local intellectuals continue to blame and hold the victims who lost their health responsible for that crime. The rest of the town is paying law firms for the ongoing financial fiasco.
The Select Board continues on in ignorant bliss acting like puppets on a string following the advice of some Boston law firm with ties to the wind industry paid for by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center who sold you the turbines.
Former Attorney General Martha Coakley recently went to work for a law firm that specializes in wind turbine installations. A hand shake for a job well done ? Any doubt in your mind now ?
Rape is the only way to understand how Educators,Scientist,Engineers,Doctors& Politicians still think commercial wind turbines in residential neighborhoods is a good idea and don’t believe the lies and omission bestowed on the town.
Industrial wind is a bunco scheme of enormous consequence . Formerly honest intellectuals have been quietly fleeced by politicians misguided by the commercial wind turbine industry. Taxpayers are by the day becoming more and more aware of the health and financial fiasco.They will want to hold accountable our arrogant embarrassed officials who refuse to admit they were taken. It’s understandable no one likes to get taken but to continue the lie is the same as joining the liars making them part of the lie.
Folks. Today your all witness to a classic ongoing lie by federal, state and local officials. The politicians are in the middle of a massive spin to make you believe commercial wind turbines are just cake and ice cream and your going to keep paying to keep the party going.
The spokesperson for the federal government is telling the news media that the commercial wind turbine on Otis Air Force Base installed in 2009 did not have a gear box failure. They found metal in the gear box and changed it as a precaution. The politicians of course have to swallow the story but how much longer before they start choking and end their political careers.
The politicians acknowledged the new gear box cost $ 600,000.00. They left out the fact of the cost of a special heavy duty crane to lift the gear box and blades to the ground at a minimum of $ 150,000.00 for three days and $ 50,000.00 for each additional day after the three days. The cost of the lost power over the past year and the technicians going through the turn up procedures. When gear boxes
are taken down the blades are inspected. Blade replacement usually ends the life of the turbine.
Falmouth Wind 1 has the same type of gear box as the Otis Base turbine and is older but was in storage for years prior to installation. Falmouth taxpayers have never been made aware of maintenance costs associated. They call this an omission. I call it lying.
Wind Turbine Infra-Sound In Black & White -- The omissions and lies continue
The Mass Clean Energy Center was aware of two distinct types of wind turbine noise in 2005. They do not deny infra-sound. In fact prior to the Falmouth wind studies they warned towns of the two distinct types of noise. One was “regulatory” and the other was called “human annoyance.”
It has been known since 1985 that noise from megawatt wind turbines can adversely affect human health. P hysicist Neil Kelley reported complaints from residents living within three miles of a turbine in Boone, North Carolina . Residents could feel the noise and was more “ annoying” indoors.
Vestas wind company CEO Ditlev Engel is well aware of the evidence for damage to health from low frequency noise emitted by his company’s turbines.
Infrasound causes a sensation of awe or fear in humans. The US military has a small device called a MRAD, Medium Range Acoustic Device. This device broadcasts infra-sound up to 2000 feet. This device and similar devices have been used by Israel to control large crowds.
The Falmouth Bruce McPherson Infrasound and Low Frequency Noise Study confirmed the presence of infrasonic and low frequency noise emissions (ILFN)
Noise Section found in all boiler plate noise studies dropped from the Falmoth wind studies.
Noise considerations generally take two forms, state regulatory compliance and nuisance levels at nearby residences:
A. ”Regulatory compliance”: Massachusetts state regulations do not allow a rise of 10 dB or greater above background levels at a property boundary (Massachusetts Air Pollution Control Regulations, Regulation 310 CMR 7.10). This sound level is very unlikely to be a reached incase at the sites we examined.
B.”Human annoyance”: Aside from Massachusetts regulations, residences must also be taken into consideration. Any eventual turbine would be sited such that it would be inaudible or minimally audible at the nearest residences.
Time To Take Back Your Town - Ask Your Officials What Is “ Human Annoyance ? “ Why did they drop it from the Falmouth wind study ?
