“Falmouth Wants a Y” is a group of volunteers working together with the YMCA Cape Cod to bring a Y to the Upper Cape.
We are holding a community information meeting to share our progress, hopes, and ambitions. Come share with us, and show your support for building a better community through the development of healthier families, friends, and neighbors here on the Upper Cape.
