Tenth Commandment :

“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

That’s exactly what happend in Falmouth with the placement of megawatt commercial wind turbines. Here is the human toll of another misplaced “Agenda.”

The Town of Falmouth took the health of local residents and property rights denying those residents “ Due Process” under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution. The courts have undoubtedly decided the same.

The homeowners around the wind turbines have been denied the American Dream of home ownership. The home owners are the first stake holders buying and purchasing residential homes in Falmouth.

There are those who say this type of comparison to the Holocaust should not be used in Falmouth. The Holocaust did not just start one day. It started through a series of political events just like the events that have been ongoing in Falmouth since 2005. Local officials ignored their own bylaws, rules and regulations for the state renewable energy “ agenda “ of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.

The Town of Falmouth followed the agenda by “branding” the wind turbine victims for public ridicule. The town had always known according to the August 3, 2010 Vestas noise warning letter that the turbines would generate twice the specified noise the same as a hard rock band. The town made the victims write signed certified noise complaints.
They may as well have just made them wear armbands saying they are criminals.
This served another purpose also. There are up to 200 residential home owners many who are afraid to come forward because of how the victims have been “branded” over the years.
Over time as in the church abuse cases the victims always come forward. The other victims may be afraid to come forward because of retribution from the town in the form of some kind of permitting, future construction or inspections.

The town had always known the turbines were too loud and its citizens are just collateral damage in the so called war on fossil fuels and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is footing the litigation fees.

Massachusetts declared war of fossil fuels and asked the Town of Falmouth to carry their water no matter who they hurt and they have known for ten years they are hurting people. It continues today.

Former Attorney General Martha Coakley who should have provided the highest level of public protection for wind turbine victims recently took a job working for a law firm that specializes in wind turbine installations.

Massachusetts hasn’t installed a commercial megawatt wind turbine since 2013.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has given Falmouth 1.8 million. The Massachusetts electric rate payers should be outraged the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is giving the Town of Falmouth a gift of 1.8 million dollars to help pay their out of compliance wind turbine litigation fees . This while victimizing the victims again not paying their litigation fees in hopes of breaking the victims and they pack up and move away.

The Town of Falmouth had been warned prior to the installations of any wind turbines that the Vestas Wind Company V 82 type turbines generate 110 decibels of noise twice that of the specifications. The town went forward avoiding its special permit laws taking the health and property rights of up to 200 residential homes.

Falmouth residents and town meeting members have time after time voted to operate the turbines inflicting pain and suffering on abutters of the turbines and just like the end of World War II the courts have stepped in to stop the Agenda.
An Agenda that declares war on fossil fuels and takes the health and rights of our neighbors with NO compensation. Taking the rights of the minority for the majority. How much longer can the rest of the citizens in Massachusetts sit around and watch Falmouth residents continue to be tortured and financially attacked by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center

At what point does the so called war on fossil fuels create war criminals inflicting pain and suffering ignoring laws.

Folks, Massachusetts has been placing commercial wind turbines too close to residential homes. The neighbors complain the noise is torture and denies sleep causing health problems.

For the last ten years Massachusetts has witnessed the Green Energy Agenda. The father of the “Agenda “ former Massachusetts Speaker of the House Sal DiMasi sits in jail with throat and tongue cancer. Many members of the former executive branch of Massachusetts government have moved on to take jobs in the renewable energy fields leaving towns in legal quagmires.

The town and state do not want you to know the true financial cost of the turbines. They can’t tell you if the stimulus money for the Falmouth Wind II turbine was a loan or a grant.

Massachusetts and Falmouth politicians did not wear white hoods and ride horses through the streets hanging people from trees and burn crosses. The executive branch of government over an eight year period of time appointed government officials that tied the hands of state and local boards of health just like the days of the old Southern politicians.

Massachusetts had bogus wind noise studies done by wind turbine advocates and everyone including the news media jumped on the band wagon.

Today former members of the 2012 Massachusetts wind noise study like Wendy J Heiger-Bernays, PhD Associate Professor of Environmental Health, Department of Environmental Health, admit wind turbines can cause sleep disorders.

Our government officials and misguided news media groups used the Green Energy Agenda to fight fossil fuels which mandates the collateral damage of residential home owners health and property rights just as if the state was fighting a real war.

The former Massachusetts administration used climate change and the renewable energy “Agenda” to take the rights of a minority of Massachusetts citizens for the greater good with NO compensation .
