Falmouth Wind Turbine Lawsuit
Just when Falmouth residents thought it couldn’t get any worse over the wind turbine Special Permit.
The town could not even get it correct in Massachusetts Supreme Court.
At 25 to 26 minutes into the court hearing it sounds like someone is quoting Zoning Bylaw 241-66.
The litigation goes on further to say Zoning Bylaw 241-66 was written incorrectly in 1980 ?
The zoning Bylaw is 240-166 not 241-66 !
