Falmouth Wind Turbine Litigation : Treasure Trove of Corruption

Commercial wind the most corrupt and corrupting industry in the world.The reason the wind industry is so corrupt is campaign contributions and cozy relationships with regulators and politicians at taxpayers’ expense.
Falmouth wind turbine litigation uncovers massive local and state corruption. Federal, state and local tax funds were used to build the out of compliance wind turbines. Lawsuits are piling up at the front door of Falmouth Town Hall.

A lawsuit brought by attorney Christopher Senie representing the wind turbine victims in Falmouth has rattled local and state officials who for years hid wind turbine documents, memos, studies, avoided permits and noise warning letters from Vestas the wind turbine manufacturer.
The information is out in the sunlight for all too see.
The town officials after torturing a minority group of citizens with a wind turbine noise described as torture are now attacking the victims after almost 6 years. Local officials irate about the lawsuit brought by the wind turbine victims have endorsed an Article 2 for a November 10, 2015 Special Town Meeting that would threaten to take the victims homes by eminent domain.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center a state agency recently gave the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million taxpayer dollars to help pay for the town litigation against the wind turbine victims. The state agency was responsible for selling the out of compliance Falmouth Wind 1 turbine to the Town of Falmouth.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has admitted in a memo to the Town of Falmouth on April 2, 2013 they extrapolated noise tests to come in under state noise guidelines. The turbines should never have been built in Falmouth.
Prior to the installation of the turbines Vestas wind company warned in 2010 the turbines were almost double the noise specifications.
All those involved in the installation of the turbines were always aware the turbines would break the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection noise regulations: Noise Control Regulation 310 CMR 7.10.

Questions over the use of 6 million in ARRA, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, stimulus funds were used to build a second turbine remain.
General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to build a single turbine in Falmouth over setbacks.
The Town of Falmouth got a federal waver using stimulus funds to buy a foreign made turbine larger than the GE turbine.
