Falmouth Wind Turbine Negotiations 250K Discrepancy
Political Corruption Massachusetts Officials Betrayals of Public Trust. Falmouth hid 110 decibel noise warning for 5 years, memos, etc.

During 2012 the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center financed by a tax on all Massachusetts electric bills paid for negotiations in the Town of Falmouth to resolve issues between wind turbine victims and the Town of Falmouth.
Its a well know fact the town hid documents from the negotiations. The process took months. The victims describe the noise as a type of torture.
The Town of Falmouth hid a noise warning from the manufacturer of the turbines that the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise. This is almost 7 decibels louder than the original feasibility study.
A review of documents show in an email that the Consensus Building Institute charged under $ 139,000.00 for the months of negotiations. The news media reported the negotiations costs $388,000,00
There is a $250,000.00 discrepancy between the Consensus Building Institute charge and the report in the news media.
The Town of Falmouth withheld information from the WTOP-CBI process which now brings more questions on what was the accounting procedure to reach the $388,000.00 as reported by the news media.
The figure $388,000.00 seems like a strange figure to just pull out of a hat ? So what was it ? Who is telling the truth ?
Concerned citizens would like to know what is going on in Falmouth ?
Consensus Building Institute Reports Costs On WTOP At Under $139,000.00

Hi Frank,
I appreciate you bringing this to my attention - I also had not seen this letter before.
Can I ask that you remove the email addresses of all the other staff people at CBI from your distribution list? (not me, I would like to continue to receive your messages - just all the other cbuilding addresses - they had no involvement in this project).
Also, just for accuracy, you sent a message earlier saying that CBI was paid almost a million dollars for our assessment - in fact, it was under $139K, for an assessment; designing and convening the process; preparing for, traveling to, facilitating and documenting 24 meetings (including all expenses); and writing and revising a final report, over the course of 13 months. You can confirm this with MACEC.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Stacie

FALMOUTH —” After eight months of meetings at a cost of about $388,000, it came down to four recommended options with regards to Falmouth’s wind turbines, Wind 1 and Wind 2, located at the Falmouth Wastewater Treatment Facility: Full operation of the turbines, curtail the running hours (through one of two curtail options) or remove the turbines and replace them with solar panels.”
“Those are the recommended options that stemmed from a 53-page detailed report from the Falmouth Wind Turbines Options Analysis Process (WTOP), presented to the Falmouth Board of Selectmen on Jan. 18. The report describes the WTOP’s process and how it reached its conclusions.”
