The Town of Falmouth in 2013 by a 2:1 majority ejected wind turbine removal .
Falmouth officials, Friends of Falmouth Wind ,denied Town Meeting Members and the voting general public crucial public documents and dire warnings about the wind turbine noise from Vestas the manufacturer and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center formerly known as the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative
At the time of the Falmouth 2013 vote it is a fact the town hid a 2010 noise warning from Vestas wind company that the turbines generate 110 decibels twice that of a General Electric noise study paid for by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
The Town of Falmouth also hid an April 2013 memo from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center that the original noise tests for Falmouth Wind 1 were flawed.
The reason for the misrepresentations, omissions, mistakes, obfuscation and using the Massachusetts legal system is to also hide the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) financing of Falmouth Wind Turbine II. The federal EPA waiver had major misrepresentations by the town.
A. The town failed to say a domestic wind turbine company General Electric refused to build a turbine because of setbacks to property and ice throw. The waiver can only be used if a domestic company can not produce the wind turbine. General Electric refused to place a wind turbine for saftey.
B. Failed to file Special Permit 240 -166 that was referenced in the EPA waiver
C. Failed to divulge the noise complaints from Falmouth Wind I and the Falmouth Board of Health certified noise complaint form that was in the process of being established as a result of noise complaints prior to Falmouth Wind II
What is fraud and corruption in government contracting.
First, the criminal laws now specifically identify false claims and the making misrepresentations in connection with a government contract a serious crime.
Second, the laws against bid rigging and collusion now carry increased penalties.

Friends of Falmouth Wind : A group of public officials advocating the use of the Massachusetts Court System at taxpayer expense to use litigation as a tool to operate the wind turbines for the life of the turbines.
The litigation costs have risen to around $300,000.00 per year.
For six years the neighbors have described the noise as torture from lack of sleep.
Falmouth Town Meeting is April 4, 2016. The litigation fees have surpassed the original purchase price of Falmouth Wind 1 .
Taxpayers are paying for all of this including taking the health and property rights of your own neighbors
