"Friends of Falmouth Wind" ARTICLE 27 take actions-measures remove all " impediments " to fulltime operation of wind turbines
The Falmouth wind turbines have created a career ending political scandal for many Massachusetts politicians.
Town Meeting Members and citizens need to ask why the town and local news media continue to hide the 2010 noise warning letter from Vestas wind company and the 2013 memo that the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center made so called "mistakes" in the original noise tests prior to the installation of the turbines ?
The Declaration of Independence says: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not so in Falmouth, Massachusetts
Your local news media has over the years organized efforts to destroy the truth outright by omission. The question for the public is when do all these omissions become a lie.
Does the truth matter in Falmouth has it been abolished ?
Anyone who has watched hours and days of Falmouth Town Meetings has to wonder how these people keep voting hundreds of thousands of dollars for litigation fees for the wind turbines. The cost of litigation, arbitration, travel expenses, court time and taxpayer provided services has reached the original costs to Falmouth Wind I .
The question is why Falmouth Town Meeting Members sit in silence and for years continue throwing money at a failed state agenda.. The state had an agenda to build 2000 megawatts of commercial megawatt wind. Embarrassed state politicians have over the past few years quietly switched to solar projects rather than megawatt turbines taking the health and property rights of our citizens. What are they afraid of ?
Megawatt commercial wind turbines near residential homes was a massive health and finacial fiasco. An experiment gone terribly wrong taking health and property rights.
The only rational explanation is Falmouth Town Meeting Members are afraid of the group "Friends of Falmouth Wind. " Everyone in town is aware the group is made up of doctors, attorneys and local politicians. The local news media afraid of losing advertising refuses to print the truth or just continue to lie by omission.
Folks, Your local news media has the 2010 Vestas wind warning letter and the 2013 MassCEC memo yet refuses to print the truth. Ask your editors why they won't print the truth. They will tell you this isn't the way to approach the problem. The truth isn't the way to approach the problem or the town is involved in litigation and won't comment.

The " Friends of Falmouth Wind " at April 4, 2016 Town Meeting are asking through Article 27 to remove the impediments around the turbines.

ARTICLE 27: To see if the Town will vote to advise the Board of Selectmen to take all necessary legal actions and measures by no later than December 31, 2016 to remove any and all " impediments " to fulltime operation of the Town’s municipal wind turbines
