Falmouth Wind Turbines A Torturous "Agenda"
In the USA it has been found that two thirds of the population will go along with some kind of torture if someone in authority approves.

The Falmouth Select Board has endorsed three articles for Special Town Meeting November 10, 2015. The articles ask for more money or a way to shift money within the budget, an eminent domain proposal to take wind victims homes and a change in the bylaw to guarantee the victims lose their health and property rights.
The Falmouth Select Board by endorsing the three articles is sending an irresponsible message to Town Meeting Members that the town has the right to harm its own citizens for financial gain.
The facts are well know. The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative aka today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in August of 2009 advanced the Town of Falmouth one million cash to buy a Vestas V 82 commercial 1.65 megawatt turbine they couldn’t sell at auction.
The wind industry at the time was well aware that Vestas Wind Company had bought out a bankrupt company called NEG Micon. The Vestas V-82 and NEG Micon NM-82 are one in the same both 1.65 megawatt turbines. The turbine has a decibel level of 109 decibels at the cut out speed. Vestas Wind Company warned the Town of Falmouth that the turbine was almost twice as loud as the manufactures specifications. The Town of Falmouth hid the letter for 5 years
Prior to the Falmouth wind study Mattapoisett residents questioned the reference to two distinct types of noise from proposed wind turbines. The two types were described as regulatory and human annoyance ( infra sound ) .The MTC wanted to place two commercial wind turbines in Mattapoisett. Mattapoisett dropped all plans to install wind turbines. The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative anxious to sell the politically embarrasing turbines they could not auction dropped the reference to two distinct types of noise in the Falmouth wind study. They omitted the warning because of the failure to site turbines in Mattapoisett and residential concerns.
Next Harris Miller Miller & Hanson Inc., HMMH is hired to do a noise study for the proposal to install Falmouth Wind 1. On April 2, 2013 the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center three years after the installation sent a memo to the Town of Falmouth admitting what they call “mistakes” in the preliminary wind study. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection had notified the Town of Falmouth the turbines were breaking state noise regulations.
These three examples of omission show everyone involved in the project was well aware the turbines were too loud. This was a deliberate attempt to get two politically embarrassing turbines off the books of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative. The MTC used one million dollars in renewable energy funds to bribe the Town of Falmouth.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center recently gave Falmouth another 1.8 million dollars to help pay the town litigation fees against the wind turbine victims who describe the noise as torture. Another 1.8 million in renewable energy funds your tax money.
Renewable energy fund money is derived from a tax on all electric bills commercial and residential. Taxpayers are paying massive litigation fees to fight your own neighbors. The victims are paying their own litigation fees and want what everyone else wants. The American Dream. The right to work, be happy and own a home.
The Selectboard endorsement of the articles shows they are prepared to fight the residents in court to get their homes, even if the residents are unwilling to relinquish them.
During past conflicts European countries, using legalism, by changing the laws, systematically caused their own residents to be fired, deprived them of their property, and then herded them off their property. A very similar process on a smaller scale is taking place in many Massachusetts communities. Agendas always have a starting point.
A history of racism and violence in the United States shows how laws in the past were ignored and enforced only against the minority. Wind turbine victims in Massachusetts have experienced the lack of enforcing laws that conflict with the operations of commercial wind turbines. The health of a few was sold for a false agenda.
Massachusetts has declared a war on fossil fuels and is fighting that war like a real war. The wind turbine victims in as many as twenty one communities are losing their health and property rights with no compensation. They are considered collateral damage in the so called war.
Commercial wind is the most corrupt and corrupting industry in the world. The reason the wind industry is so corrupt is campaign contributions and cozy relationships with regulators and politicians at taxpayers’ expense.
People who have been so harmed by the constant sleep deprivation can no longer pursue their livelihoods, can’t do their jobs. Now a movement is afoot to seize their homes in the name of wind turbines that are costing taxpayers to operate and maintain.
People have already succumbed to the impact of the wind turbines, moved , and others have developed loss of energy, headaches, aches, pains, and palpitations living in proximity to the big machines.
This was all known for over thirty years, but the designers of this scheme have successfully put it over on the public. They have created a cult that means to intimidate and roll over all opposition.
People who have been fooled in the past by this fraud must begin to realize that they have been made party to this criminal hoax.
Whatever the contract cost has been, the junk loans that they took, it will be nothing compared to the loss of all public sanity and decency if Falmouth continues on this path.
For those of you who think Americans are incapable of hurting people .The nightmarish images from Abu Ghraib are still seared into the American consciousness. Prolonged sleep deprivation was used as psychological torture. Falmouth wind victims number one complaint is lack of sleep.
In the United States it has been found that two thirds of the population will go along with some kind of torture if someone in authority approves the torture.
