Falmouth Wind Turbines Violating Fundamental Human Rights
FALMOUTH, STRIKE THE STARS AND STRIPES YOU FALSELY FLY OVER YOUR PUBLIC BUILDINGS, REPLACE IT WITH THE JOLLY ROGER, THE FLAG OF PIRACY

Falmouth residents are willing to tolerate, approve, and contribute to the torture of their neighbors with the ill effects of wind turbines simply because they have been told by public officials, the media hate sheet and local green group that it is necessary to stop sea level change etc.
The town is violating fundamental human rights.
Stanley Milgrama a psychologist proved in an experiment that about two thirds of Americans were willing to administer torture to innocent victims simply because they were told by someone in a position of perceived authority that it was necessary to do so.
The Town of Falmouth voted by a 2/3 vote to keep operating the wind turbines in April of 2013 despite complaints of the wind turbine victims of a noise described as torture. Town Meeting Members voted to continue the beatings until further notice.
Falmouth officials kept secret a memo received April 2, 2013 from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center the week before the 2/3 vote that they admitted making noise mistakes in the Falmouth Wind 1 noise tests prior to installation. The Town at the time also had hidden an August 2010 letter from the manufacturer of the turbine Vestas wind company that the turbine was almost twice as loud as the specifications.
The town lied to the Town Meeting Members through an elaborate scheme of ommisions only producing positive information and hiding negative information. Another way of saying its OK to torture your neighbors. The town got the 2/3 vote in favor to keep the turbines operating.
The wind power fraud has caused formerly law-abiding communities to behave in piratical fashion.
This is what corruption looks like. This is what corruption is.
The Falmouth Board of Selectmen and the Falmouth Board of Health have both expressed their sympathy for the families who have suffered the consequences of their actions in constructing, and operating, the wind turbines. They were and are still not sincere.
The Select Board now wants to simply wave a magic wand and change the wind turbine bylaws ignoring the health and property rights of the families living around the turbines. The new wind turbine amendment allows the town to knowingly continue harming its own citizens, for its own financial gain permanently.
When local government chooses to throw some of the residents under the bus, to calculate the relative costs of fighting them in courts of law, versus the sucker loans that they have contracted up to $15 million all the taxpayers pay.
The officials are always telling you its going to cost 15 million to take down the turbines. The turbines don’t make money. The cost to remove the turbines on the average tax bill is around 60 dollars the first year and then less each year or about 5 dollars a month. Is it really worth torturing your neighbors to save 5 bucks a month ?
What about the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center ? They sold the town the loud turbine and made “mistakes” in the noise tests before the installations. They dropped the warnings to “human annoyance” noise in previous noise studies and were aware of the August 2010 noise warning from Vestas wind company. They need to be held responsible not the taxpayers. They admitted they made “mistakes” prior to the installations on the noise tests. If the noise tests were done correctly there would be no wind turbines today. Guilty is guilty.
The town was found guilty of building the turbines with the wrong permits and had always known they were too loud. Why isn’t anyone asking the Select Board how much the apologhy to the victims is going to cost.
According to the local media hate sheet Town Meeting Members are urged to join in the criminality by changing the very by-law that is in place to protect their own citizen-constituents, we know that all decency of government has been subverted by interests whose only goal is to plunder.
Falmouth officials again need 2/3 of Falmouth Town Meeting Members to vote to change the wind turbine by law.
The Falmouth Town Meeting Members by November 10, 2015 should be well aware of the truth. It’s not OK to torture your neighbors.
All those invloved in the installations knew the turbines were too loud. General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to place a single wind turbine smaller than the two foreign made turbines because of setbacks.
