By a 4-1 vote, Falmouth’s Zoning Board of Appeals tonight over-turned the Building Commissioner’s ‘cease & desist’ denial.
Wind 1 will cease operations immediately and until the determination of the Special Permit process by the ZBA scheduled to begin Oct 29.
