Falmouth ZBA Wind Turbine Meeting- NO PERMIT
Falmouth wind turbine application has not met bylaw criteria to be eligible for Special Permit. Turbines have adverse impacts on neighbors.

Zoning Board Of Appeals Wind Turbine Meeting
The Falmouth ZBA hears and decides four types of petitions in a reasonable, objective, honest manner in the best interest of the Town: Special Permits, Variances, Appeals, and Comprehensive Permits
The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals attorney, Mark Bobrowski, is writing a formal document with the board's findings and have the board vote probably after Town Meeting April 4, 2016.

The Friends of Falmouth Wind have proposed Article 27 for Town Meeting to remove the "impediments" to the wind turbines and are advocating a new law suit and continued prolonged litigation as long as the turbines remain operational. Taxpayers are paying out over $300,000.00 per year in litigation fees

There are currently nine lawsuits against the town. The Friends of Falmouth Wind are a group of public and private officials using your tax dollars to use the Massachusetts court system to deny and stall the health and property rights of up to 200 residential home owners
