"Friends of Falmouth Wind" Federal Grand Jury Needed
World War II took 4 years to win. Falmouth spent 6 years using the Mass court system to deny due process. Justice delayed is justice denied

The "Friends of Falmouth Wind", or simply "the Friends, is the name of a present movement in Falmouth, Massachusetts that has advocated extreme measures against a minority group of around 200 residential home owners suffering the health affects of two town owned commercial megawatt wind turbines.
The group "Friends of Falmouth Wind" continue to hide their identities and the organization adopted a standard white commercial wind turbine using the words "safe and local" wind energy in Falmouth. Those that live around the turbines describe the noise as torture from the lack of sleep.
The Friends stress opposition to the residents living around the turbines that they must give up their health and property rights for the greater good. The group has had mixed results in terms of achieving its objectives. It seriously weakened the commercial wind turbine industry in Massachusetts and taxpayers are bearing the full brunt of 6 years of litigation. The group advocates more future litigation at taxpayer expense.

This Saturday March 5, 2016 the "Friends of Falmouth Wind" are afraid the Zoning Board of Appeals may not permit Falmouth wind turbine number one. Article 27 has been proposed for Falmouth Town Meeting April 4 2016.
This article proposes to spend and remove "all impediments" for the full operation of the wind turbines 24/7. The legal actions are at the taxpayers expense and the " impediments" are the neighbors living around the wind turbines.
The Massachusetts wind turbine " agenda " has reached a point where your fomer friends and neighbors health has become payment for a false finacial gain. And this is their agenda; remove the " impediments" as history begins to repeat itself right here in Falmouth.
How much more is eight years of legal action to take residential homes by eminent domain going to cost taxpayers ?
The article
"ARTICLE 27: To see if the Town will vote to advise the Board of Selectmen to take all necessary legal actions and measures by no later than December 31, 2016 to remove any and all impediments to full time operation of the Town’s municipal wind turbines per the manufacturer’s specifications at its Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 154 Blacksmith Shop Road, West Falmouth, MA. Or do or take any other action on the matter."
