Two kayakers were attacked by a great white shark off the coast of Plymouth Wednesday and lived to tell the tale.
WCVB reported the women were in separate kayaks off White Horse Beach when the shark chomped on one of the kayaks. Both of the kayaks flipped over. The women started screaming and an onlooker called for help. The Plymouth Harbormaster dispatched a boat and the women were pulled to safety, according to CBS Boston. The shark swam away.

NECN reported that a few hours before the attack, a witness reported seeing a great white shark attack a seal in the same area.

Last week, authorities spotted a great white shark off the coast of Duxbury, a few miles north of Plymouth.
