
Falmouth police early Friday morning arrested four people in a drug raid on Central Avenue.
Police said they found heroin and cocaine stashed inside the 128 Central Ave. residence.

- Tianna Oakley-Perry, 29 years old (pictured at bottom left)
- Gerald Cardoza, 34 (top right)
- Arcelis Rivera, 22 (bottom right)
- Angela Gonsalves, 36 (top right)
Police said Oakley-Perry flushed drugs down the toilet as officers entered the residence. Police said they also found five dogs, which were transferred to the custody of animal control.
Living conditions inside the residence were squalid, police said. Windows and doors were boarded up, there were no visible fire alarms, and conditions were “generally unsanitary.”

About 7 grams of heroin, 4 grams of cocaine, $700 in cash, and drug distribution materials were seized.
Police said all four suspects were in a single bedroom when the raid started at about 5:30 a.m.
Oakley-Perry was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute. Cardoza, Rivera, and Gonsalves were all charged with being presient where heroin is kept.
The raid was conducted by the Upper Cape Strategic Response Team, which includes Falmouth police, Mashpee police, and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department. The State Police Cape & Islands Drug Task Force also participated in the raid.
