MASS CEC ADMITS EXTRAPOLATIONS GUILTY OF ASSAULT -BATTERY ON WIND VICTIMS
State and Federal Law Enforcement Authorities Continue To Ignore Facts Laid Out In Black and White- Criminal Cover Up- Beatings Continues.
Wind Turbine Beatings Continue Unabated In Massachusetts Until Further Notice -
By 2010 Massachusetts state and local officials installed a commercial wind turbine in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The officials over a period of years hid documents, extrapolated noise tests, deleted noise warnings, bypassed permit processes, bribed officials with a million dollars and committed assault and battery on the abutters of the wind turbines.

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection in 2012 notified the Town of Falmouth their megawatt turbines were out of state noise compliance laws.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center formerly known as the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative were the former owners of the Falmouth wind turbines.The MassCEC after notification to the Town of Falmouth by the MassDEP sent a memo to the Town of Falmouth admitting acoustic noise “mistakes” prior to the installations of the turbines.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has admitted lots of what they call “ mistakes “ in the past. The agency has a policy of answering questions with it was a “mistake.” It was a “mistake” to place commercial wind turbines too close to residential homes. A “mistake” they knew of in advance.
The Town of Falmouth had known prior to the wind turbine installations the turbines were twice as loud as the written specifications. Vestas Wind Company sent a letter to the Town of Falmouth on August 3,2010 that they had previously notified the town the turbines were twice as loud as the written specifications. The town hid the letter !
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center prior to the Falmouth wind turbine installations warned towns about two distinct types of noise but never warned the citizens of Falmouth.
The two types were “Regulatory” noise measured in decibels and “ Human Annoyance “ measured in low frequency. Human Annoyance is low frequency noise called infra sound today.
Why did the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center drop the reference to two distinct types of noise in the Falmouth feasibility studies ? They were desperate to sell the turbines. They were willing to do anything including commit criminal acts to sell it.
This installation never had to happen. The federal government knew in 1985 commercial wind turbines should not be placed in residential neighborhoods.
In research supported by the US Department of Energy, Dr. Neil Kelly and his colleagues identified impulsive low frequency noise. The wind turbine infra sound and vibration produced “ Human Annoyance “ within neighbors homes. (infra-sound)
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center was well aware of infra sound prior to the Falmouth wind turbine studies and had warned Mattapoisett residents in a wind study just prior to Falmouth. The Mattapoisett study warned of two distinct types of noise “Regulatory” and “Human Annoyance.” It is obvious the warnings were dropped because the MassCEC wanted to sell the politically embarrasing turbines they owned to Falmouth. The MassCEC had to bribe Falmouth officials with one million dollars to take the turbines they couldn’t sell even at an auction.
How much more proof do prosecutors need ?
The Massachusetts federal and state courts as well as prosecutors, citizens and victims need to demand criminal action against those that hid a warning letter from the wind turbine manufacturer, memos and documents that showed the turbine noise around the wind turbines was in fact a noise described as torture by the wind turbine victims.
Everyone invloved in the Falmouth wind installations knew in advance the turbines were too loud. You can’t hid that fact !

Communities all over Massachusetts complain of wind turbine noise causing lack of sleep. Sleep disturbance, panic, with chronic sleep deprivation is the major complaint. The complaints have been going on for over five years.
Falmouth Selectman Doug Jones: “It’s not something you hear. But that’s the thing that they say it just makes them feel sick.”
The news media is just as much at fault as the politicians as retiring editors of newspapers are being offered jobs at the Massachusetts Wind Energy Center. The news media is complicit with the cover up for jobs after retirement.
If you’re looking for a poster-child for depicting the health hazards of wind turbines you only have to look at Falmouth, Massachusetts.
The wind turbine saga continues in Falmouth today while the entire world watches the fiasco to continue to unfold year after year. At taxpayer expense.
Who will hold the corrupt politicians responsible for the noise described as torture ?
