Massachusetts Clean Energy Center Corruption Now Comes Plymouth
The MassCEC has established a long record of making what they call “mistakes” on wind turbine noise reports prior to the installations of wind turbines. So many mistakes they can not be viewed as inept but corrupt. Any average citizen making this many “mistakes” would be serving an extended jail term.
Any wind study done by the MassCEC has classic problems. The reports always omit negative information. This is a method of lying by just leaving out information. When you read a wind study financed by the MassCEC you have to figure out what they left out not what is in it !
The MassCEC is obscuring the intended meaning in communications , making the message confusing , willfully ambiguous , or harder to understand. It is intentional ! If there was any doubt in the past now its a fact of life.
The placement of commercial megawatt wind turbines in Massachusetts headed by the MassCEC can only be viewed as a corrupt state agency taking the health, property rights and borrowing through state and green energy bonds placing taxpayers in debt for tens of years. We are talking hundreds of millions of dollars.
If they wanted to put people to work they could have built SouthCoast Rail and saved thousands of cars from burning carbon fuel.
In Mattapoisett they made so many “mistakes” the agency was embarrassed and dropped its plans to build two turbines . After the failed attempt in Mattapoisett the MassCEC dropped the noise reference to “human annoyance.”
The MassCEC put the “human annoyance” warning in the Mattapoisett study because wind turbine operating near Boone, North Carolina documented cases of “human annoyance” known to be associated with megawatt turbines in 1985.
Human annoyance, nuisance sound, infra sound and low frequency sound are all the same in addition to state regulatory noise.
Eight years after the Mattapoisett noise report with the “Human Annoyance” warning the MassCEC who warned Mattapoisett residents in 2005 today in 2015 say there is not enough evidence ? Folks who is lying to who ?
In Falmouth they have admitted they made acoustical mistakes placing Falmouth Wind 1 and were aware of a noise warning from Vestas wind company the turbines produce 110 decibels of noise almost double the specifications.
The MassCEC bribed the Town of Falmouth with one million dollars of rate payer money just to take a wind turbine. Now the MassCEC just gave Falmouth 1.8 million to pay law firms to outspend the wind turbine victims.
Now Kingston Massachusetts Testing - How Long Can MassCEC Stall the public ?
Massachusetts Clean Energy Center BIG Reasons Missing Data for Kingston Wind Turbine: Future Generation Wind turbines being built next week in Plymouth. --The results of the Kingston testing could affect the project in Plymouth starting next week.
A. The MassCEC aborted live testing prior to completing the entire testing “protocol” in Kingston on their single 2MW turbine. The turbine is in violation of Mass Department of Environmental Protection Noise Control Regulation 310 CMR 7.10.
(1) No person owning, leasing, or controlling a source of sound shall willfully, negligently, or through failure to provide necessary equipment, service, or maintenance or to take necessary precautions cause, suffer, allow, or permit unnecessary emissions from said source of sound that may cause noise
B. MassCEC withheld live test data collected back in December of 2013 and January of 2014 was not just to protect the Kingston turbine operations BUT keeping potential “worst case noise data” from public release also serves to protect projects like Future Generation Wind being built next week. The Plymouth project is four 2 megawatt wind turbines.
C. MassCEC could not be questioned prior to installation and operations based on documented violations from a single 2 Megawatt turbine which has a much smaller rotor diameter than the Future Generation Wind turbines...

note: This information was gathered as part of a FOIA request and sure supports the theory of conspiracy to hide the truth from the public... The residents who live adjacent ot the turbine have been demanding the release of this data since January of 2014, a full year and a half ago!
“We think we got close to worst-case conditions for the Schofield/Leland Road neighborhoods during the Dec 13th monitoring and sharing our results now and getting your feedback will likely assist/guide us in proceeeding with analysis of subsequent monitoring.”
As of today, July 1, 2015 MassCEC refuses to turn over the raw data and the MassDEP continues to shrug its shoulders and claim “we are not in possession of the data”....

KINGSTON – It’s looking more likely that the Board of Health will have a vote in July or August on placing further restrictions on operations of the Independence wind turbine.
