MassDOER and MassCEC embarrassed using court system and millions to cover up massive health and finacial fiasco over megawatt wind turbines

Mass DOER Risking Electric Ratepayer Funds Falmouth Wind Turbines
Judith Judson is the Commissioner of DOER
The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) oversees the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust Fund through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in the March 2014 gave Falmouth 1.8 million taxpayer dollars to help pay litigation costs and finance a drawn out protracted legal defense of the Falmouth wind turbines .
MassDOER and MassCEC embarrassed over the poor placement of megawatt wind turbines in Falmouth are using millions of dollars of electric rate payer funds to hire multiple law firms through the Town of Falmouth to outspend the " victims" who are the abutters to the wind turbines fighting for their health and property rights from two illegally placed wind turbines
The neighbors describe the noise as a type of torture from the lack of sleep
Prior to March 2014 MassCEC and MassDOER approved 1 milion dollars in advance for the Town of Falmouth to buy the wind turbines for a total today of 2.8 million
The Town of Falmouth Massachusetts through Town Meeting has been providing up to $300,000.00 every six months for the last 6 years hiring attorneys to outspend the up to 200 residential home owners . The game plan is to use the court system to outspend the neighbors using money from the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust Fund overseen by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER)
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is paying the litigation fees for two illegally permited megawatt wind turbines . The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) has approved this action.
The money from the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust is money from the electric taxpayers the very same people who are being tortured by the wind turbines. You can say the victims are paying for the bullets to be shot with.
The Town of Falmouth hid a noise warning letter from the manufactuer of the wind turbnes for 5 years they are too loud
The nature of the action taken by the Town hiding the Vestas 110 decibel noise warning does not advance the general interests of ratepayers of MassCEC’s Renewable Energy Trust.
You the Massachusetts taxpayers through a renewable energy tax on your electic bill are finacing the torture of residents in twenty one communities. Falmouth is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States
A Falmouth violation of the original and modified renewable energy credit agreements:
Massachusetts ratepayers are subsidizing what the town knew was a megawatt turbine too loud to be placed near residential homes. The ratepayers should get their money back . Massachusetts ratepayers should not be subsidizing turbines installed with NO permits and noise warnings that the turbines did not belong in residential locations.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and DOER are risking the general interests of Massachusetts ratepayers of the Renewable Energy Trust.
The renewable energy fund, known as the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust Fund, is supported by a non-bypassable surcharge of $0.0005 per kilowatt-hour (0.5 mill/kWh), imposed on customers of all investor-owned electric utilities and competitive municipal utilities in Massachusetts. (Non-competitive municipal utilities generally may opt into the Fund by agreeing to the same provisions that apply to investor-owned utilities and competitive municipal utilities.)
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, a quasi-public research and development entity, administers the Fund with oversight and planning assistance from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) and an advisory board. The Fund does not have an expiration date

The taxpayers want their money back and they want the noise described as torture to stop.
Time to wake up and listen to what you have done
