The pervasive public corruption continues at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center
Where is the great investigation into the ongoing public corruption.
Corruption is a way of life in Massachusetts.
Former Attorney General Martha Coakley was the chief law enforcement officer in Massachusetts and did nothing for the wind turbine victims of the poorly placed megawatt turbines in Massachusetts.
Here is how it works. Martha did absolutely nothing to help the wind turbine victims not even advice. Martha like all good Massachusetts politicians loses the race for governor and takes a job for you guessed it a law firm that specializes in wind turbine litigation.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) was supposed to be dedicated to accelerating the success of clean energy technologies but instead has become the litigation “Piggy Bank” for the Falmouth Select Board hiring attorneys to defend two torturous commercial Vestas megawatt wind turbines.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center formerly known as the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative,MTC is an out of control state agency with no legislative oversight.
The name change of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative happened as a result of a sweetheart wind turbine financial deal with the Town of Falmouth. They changed the name to hide the facts-the news media is well aware of the hanky panky
The MTC aka the MassCEC was stuck with a Vestas V 82 megawatt wind turbine they couldn’t sell even at auction. The MassCEC forks over one million in advance to get Falmouth to take the embarrassing turbine off their hands. You and I the taxpayers paid for this turbine back in 2005 and now your paying for it again !
The MassCEC did acoustical wind noise studies for the Falmouth Wind Turbine # 1 which they admit today were flawed. Guess what they owned the turbine and were dying to get rid of it at taxpayer expense !
Nils Bolgen head of the wind group at the MassCEC has changed setbacks to at least 2000 feet and probably further. Massachusetts hasn’t installed a commercial megawatt turbine since 2013.
The MassCEC and wind turbine contractors were in receipt of a letter from Vestas wind company the manufacturer of the turbine prior to any installations that the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise almost double the noise specifications. They knew they would break state noise regulations before the installations. If you had to wonder why Falmouth didn’t file for a Special Permit 240-166 now you know. How obvious was it ?
The MassCEC dropped the noise warning about “ human annoyance” from the Falmouth wind installation study because of problems previously in other locations. No one in the state wanted it.
Now the MassCEC recently forks over 1.8 million in taxpayer electric rate renewable energy tax money to Falmouth so they can pay for related wind turbine litigation. What they are doing is paying the Town of Falmouth litigation fees so they can run up the legal bills on the wind turbine victims. I wouldn’t be surprised to see former Attorney General Martha Coakley representing the Town of Falmouth at the June 18, 2015 Barnstable Superior Court hearing for a Cease and Desist order by the wind turbine victims.

In 2004 the wind industry knew the noise models from Vestas wind company were inadequate. In 2011 Vestas admitted that low frequency noise from larger turbines needed greater setbacks.
The general main stream news media has all the facts why are they keeping quiet about the corruption over the torturing of our citizens ?Did the corporate parent companies of the news media groups invest in renewable energy stocks ? You bet they did !
The politicians, news media and general public are aware of the financial fiasco going on at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is the owner of the latest failure. The ocean wind port is over 113 million and the hurricane gates only have a legal clearance of 120 feet in which ocean wind turbine barges don’t fit. There is another dredging meeting June 25.
The news media has been going along with hiding the financial facts at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal. In fact the news media is helping the Mass Clean Energy Center create havoc over the multiple name changes of the New Bedford ocean terminal or what ever they call it. In Massachusetts if something goes wrong you just change the name of it.
Yesterday we watched the Falmouth Select Board legally financed by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center with our tax revenues continue to obstruct, impede, interfere with, hinder, hamper, block, interrupt and hold up any progress of resolving the wind turbine failure in Falmouth. The torture ( beatings) continues until further notice
The Massachusetts Courts need to take control of the massive corruption in state and local government taking out health, property and now are taxes to finance Falmouth town wind turbine litigation.
Folks, Massachusetts through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is paying millions to finance law firms to take your health and property and they are doing it with your tax money.
Massachusetts is witness to massive amounts of propaganda and repression in which the corrupt state apparatus keeps hold on to power. The problem now is they are taking your health, property and your tax revenues -what do you have left ? Nothing !
