MassCEC "Screwed Up" Falmouth Turbine Noise Test + Governor Patrick
Massachusetts when we think of political corruption we also have to think of a corrupt media lying by ommision. Investigative Journalism?

Former Governor Patrick is being considered for a position in the National Democratic Party. Possibly Vice President after the wind turbine health fiasco created in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts politicians and every news editor knows the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center turned the commercial wind business into a health fiasco statewide.
The MassCEC was stuck with two Vestas V-82 commercial 1.65 megawatt turbines they couldn’t sell.
The MassCEC gave the Town of Falmouth one million dollars to take one of the turbines off their hands to get the commercial wind business started in Massachusetts. The rest is history. The placement of the Falmouth wind turbine is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States. This led to the poor placement of turbines in as many as twenty one communities.
Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is uniquely positioned to influence the Democratic primary.Patrick has a major problem in that he led the agenda to place up tp 2500 commercial wind turbines in Massachusetts taking the health and property rights of citizens creating a second class group of citizens.
The former governor also has a problem with his old secret email address sally.reynolds@state.ma.us. Many believe he used the email address to avoid Freedom of Information Requests about emails between himself and wind turbine contractors
When Governor Patrick first got in office he appointed Boston based First Wind CEO Paul Gaynor as his advisor under the Global Warming Solutions Act. They should have just called it the wind turbine act.
Today the news media and influential politicians are doing everything they can to keep the wind turbine health fiasco under wraps in Massachusetts . If the truth gets out nationally about Governor Patrick and the failed wind turbine agenda taking the health and property rights of our citizens he becomes an anchor to any politician in national politics.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center recently gave the Town of Falmouth another 1.8 million dollars to help pay for litigation against the residential victims they helped create though bogus noise tests and hidden documents.
The game plan appears to be to use taxpayer money to fund litigation that will go on past Democratic Party presidential primaries, 2016.
Here are the facts.
A . The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and everyone involved in the installation of the Falmouth Wind I turbine knew at the time of the installation the turbines were too loud.

Risks/Due Diligence:
a.
“Falmouth Wind 1 was one of the earliest municipally-owned megawatt scale wind turbines installed in Massachusetts.
Even though the original MTC-commissioned feasibility study for Falmouth over-estimated the likely acoustic impact, that study did not include a detailed acoustic analysis based upon sampling of ambient acoustic conditions (as is our current, more rigorous practice) which might have identified a potential exceedance of the 10 decibel limit.”

C. Nils Bolgen the MassCEC program director and facilitator of Falmouth Wind 1 & 2 changed the setbacks to wind turbines to 2000 plus feet in June of 2013
Quote :
“Nils Bolgen, who works with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, said his organization has become “more conservative” in requiring project proposals seeking funding to provide more detailed data if they are close to residential areas.”
“In 2005, when the Center began requiring applicants to provide acoustical data, Bolgen said it was done on an “ad hoc” basis.”
“Now, all turbine proposals within 2,000 feet of residences must provide that data.”
