The Department of Environmental Protection - MassDEP - is the state agency responsible for ensuring clean air and water. In short they are supposed to protect the environment. When we talk about our environment we mean everything in the world around us which can affect our lives.
The agencies and offices associated with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection are progressing toward a clean energy future, but their mission does not stop there.
The MassDEP has demonstrated the tragic consequences of the reckless state renewable energy agenda of 2000 megawatts of commercial wind turbine power by the year 2020.
On April 5, 2016 the attorney general’s chief legal counsel, Richard A. Johnston and Stephen W. Marshalek, who heads the attorney general’s district office in New Bedford along with other state attorneys and staff heard grievances over state and local lack of enforcing environmental laws. The common denominator discussed was the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
The SouthCoast / Cape Cod list of grievances went on for over two hours.
The group Hands Across the River complained of the recklessly dredging of PCBs, Polychlorinated biphenyls, near residential homes and ignoring mapping mistakes on Marsh Island near New Bedford and Fairhaven.
A group from Falmouth complained of the MassDEP ignoring state noise laws in twenty one communities regarding the poor placement of megawatt wind turbines in Massachusetts.

Others including myself complained of building the incomplete New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal an ocean wind turbine port. The port remains incomplete with taxpayer bond payments of $187,500.00 a month for 30 years at taxpayers expense and a hurricane gate 60 years old that specialized wind turbine "jack -up" barges don't fit through.
So what came out of the meeting ? You don't have to be a Rocket Scientist to figure it out. Massachusetts over the last ten years declared a war on carbon emissions and they decided to fight that war on the scale equivalent to a major war. The only problem is thousands of Massachusetts residents are the collateral damage in the so called war.
The state created a group of second class group of citizens today refered to as the victims.
The recklessly dredging of Polychlorinated biphenyls in New Bedford Harbor was done in a fashion to be completed before the ocean wind turbine port at the South Terminal called the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal.
State officials at taxpayer expense bonded over 113 million on an ocean wind turbine port that had no permits and a hurricane gate with a legal opening of 120 feet. The PCBs had to be cleared before the ocean wind turbine port could open for business. The residents of New Bedford and Fairhaven became the victims of being exposed to PCBs for the state megawatt renewable energy agenda. ( ocean wind port)
Also in order to dredge the inner New Bedford Harbor for the ocean wind port thousands of cubic yards of PCBs had to be buried in Cad Cells, capped underwater containment cells, in the harbor floor to meet ocean wind turbine deadlines. It was also disclosed that future dredged material from New Bedford will be buried in a dump site in Cape Cod Bay near Wellfleet.
The placement of commercial megawatt turbines was done in dense residential properties along the SouthCoast / Cape Cod locations with high winds.
The United States Department of Energy and the United States Department of Interior have been aware of wind turbine infra sound since 1975. In1987 Neil Kelley, Principal Scientist Wind Energy Section wrote the NASA report for Boone North Carolina.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in 2005 wrote a wind study on two distinct types of noise, "regulatory" and "human annoyance" today we know "human annoyance" is infra sound.
The MassDEP has continued the obfuscation over wind turbine noise for over ten years. The MassDEP Wind Turbine Noise Technical Advisory Group (WNTAG) refuses to acknowledge thousands of written certified noise complaints from Massachusetts residents. These residents along with the residents living along the river in New Bedford and Fairhaven are the collateral damage in the war on carbon emissions.
Today or in the very near future it will become clear Massachusetts politicians took the health, property rights and valuable infrastructure money racing to bury PCBs to build an ocean wind turbine port and placing commercial megawatt wind turbines in residential locations.
Our politicians always knew about the two distinct types of wind turbine noise which included infrasound.
The news media so called editors / journalist are afraid of our government officials. Politicians today are looking to take legal action against those who speak out against renewable energy agenda and the illegal placement of commercial megawatt wind.
The politicians are embarrassed over the massive health and finacial fiasco

The commercial wind turbine programs in Massachusetts are a crime scene. The commercial wind program in Massachusetts is a bunco scheme of enormous consequence. The people who value intellectual honesty should not quietly be fleeced by such mendacity, even from their government officials
