What about the wind turbine victims in twenty one Massachusetts communities ? Does the MassDEP and CLF know the Massachusetts commercial megawatt wind turbine programs over the last ten years are a health and financial fiasco ?
The Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) is an environmental advocacy organization. The Department of Environmental Protection MassDEP is the state agency responsible for ensuring clean air and water. In short they are supposed to protect the environment. When we talk about our environment we mean everything in the world around us which can affect our lives.
What good is any renewable energy program if it is taking the health and property rights of the people its supposed to protect ?
Massachusetts has twenty one communities with poorly placed commercial megawatt wind turbines causing a noise described as torture. Wind turbine victims describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep.
On the finacial front Massachusetts dumped 113 million into the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal an incomplete ocean wind port with no cranes, no rail link, no port operator, only a legal opening at the hurricane gates of 120 feet where wind turbine jack-up barges don't fit and 1 million cubic yards of PCB material still in the channel 5 miles out to Buzzards Bay.
Infrastructure investments in commercial wind aka renewable energy have taken money from bridge repairs and programs statewide. Taxpayers have nothing but pot holes and failing bridges.
Martin Suuberg, commissioner of the state Department of Environmental Protection said: We’re working hard to meet the goals ? How about protecting the residents of Massachusetts paying your six figure salary ?

MassDEP convened the Wind Turbine Noise Technical Advisory Group (WNTAG) years ago as a means to obfuscate and put off wind turbine victims who have been suffering for over 6 years. The obfuscation continues today.
Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States.
The WNTAG group has met so many times the news media refers to it as "What" Noise Technical Advisory Group.
The time has come for all these environmental groups and our politicians who are our representatives to realize commercial megawatt wind turbines don't belong torturing people in residential neighborhoods.
For the sake of humanity stop the Massachusetts health and finacial fiasco.
