Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host a free MOLST (Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) Workshop on Wednesday, May 4 at 8 a.m.

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host a free MOLST (Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) Workshop on Wednesday, May 4 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Learn how to protect your decisions regarding future medical matters, including the use of advanced care services and life support devices in a presentation led by Sandie Corr-Dolby, RN-BC, CMC, the co-founder of Horizons Geriatric Care Management. Corr-Dolby will discuss the different between MOLST and health proxy forms, when and how a MOLST form should be used in the state of Massachusetts and other information you need to know.
