A man was fatally shot early Sunday morning in New Bedford. The murder happened after 1 a.m. on Blackmer Street.
What the news media won’t tell you : They are not going to tell you the cargo entrances and exits at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal are on Blackmer street.

How did New Bedford go from being a city that tried to rehabilitate street criminals and prevent white-collar crime to encouraging corporate crime ? Who are the criminals ?
The total cost of the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal as it stands today is 113 million. The news media has been producing ongoing stories that the ocean wind port is complete. The news media has lost any and all sense of journalistic integrity.

“Say it ain’t so, Joe,” asked the taxpayers about the cost and completion date of the New Bedford Ocean Port. The news media , politicians and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center will only respond the project is going into phase two.
The real truth as of today is the new proposed entrance remains blocked by an AM radio station on 4 acres of the property full of PCB contamination. Construction started last week estimated to cost 10 million dollars to move the radio station to the other side of the city . A rail link and large cranes still need to be purchased for the incomplete port.

The original estimate for the terminal was 35 million in 2010. The Patrick administration budgeted $35 million for the construction of the proposed marine commerce terminal in New Bedford.
The port today is just one large fenced in empty parking lot with an AM radio station with 4 acres of underground cables fanned out under the ground.
The final additional costs to complete the terminal could be 40 or 50 million. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center will only say the project is going into phase two. The costs to taxpayers in bond payments right now is $187,500.00 a month for thirty years. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center can’t lease the port for more than the $187,500.00.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is responsible for the poor placement of commercial wind turbines in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The turbines took the health and property rights of citizens with no compensation.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center gave the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million of our tax money to pay for the towns litigation fees to fight the wind turbine victims. This is renewable energy tax money being used to pay litigation fees ! Mine and your tax dollars !
A fiasco now on both land and sea.The destruction of health and property rights and waste of your tax dollars continues.
The worst thing that taxpayers have never been told is the New Bedford hurricane gates only have a legal clearance of 120 feet. Wind turbine “jack-up” barges world wide are 127 feet and wider. They don’t fit through the gates. The terminal built as a renewable energy project and may never be used for the purpose it was intended for.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center needs judicial and legislative oversight.
It’s understandable that a murder on Blackmer Street near the ocean wind turbine port is embarrassing for any news media organization to report but brings up the unemployment, crime and drug use in New Bedford.
What’s not understandable is the ongoing orchestrated cover up of the completion date and cost overruns at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal. What’s in it for the news media to omit all the facts ? Don’t they want to sell newspapers.
Who are the real criminals ? How many other towns like Falmouth has the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center taken the health and residential property rights of ? We do know the MassCEC has the noise results from the Kingston wind turbines which were to be released before the end of July.
It’s time for taxpayers to wake up. The Massachusetts commercial wind turbine programs are a bunco scheme of enormous consequence. The taxpayers who value intellectual honesty should not quietly be fleeced by such mendacity, even from their government officials .”
