The news media has helped commercial wind turbine advocates in Massachusetts portray victims of commercial wind turbines as sub-humans that need to be removed from earth for the greater good of the majority

Concerned citizens should be awestruck as news of recent Falmouth events unfold . The Massachusetts Superior Court has confirmed a major humanitarian tragedy. The Massachusetts news media continues to blind itself to what victims to the commercial wind turbines describe as torturous noise.

The Massachusetts Superior Court found that up to 200 residential homes in Falmouth should have been included in a Special Permit process called 240-166. The permit process called for additional noise and setback tests prior to installation of two town owned turbines.

The news media will not tell you that according to an August 3, 2010 letter from Vestas Wind Company the town always knew the turbines would break the law. The letter was released only through the Freedom of Information Act

The news media propaganda is to only report one side of the Green Energy programs and consider the residents hurt by the programs as collateral damage in the war on fossil fuels. The residents in at least 21 communities have lost their health and property rights. The bubble is about to burst it always does.

The Town of Falmouth is fractured and soon could be financially clinically dead. The town population is not being told the truth. The Massachusetts Superior Court has made a decision that calls for the taking down of two monster turbines. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is still trying to channel 1.8 million dollars of renewable energy funds to Falmouth to pay for litigation costs against the home owners who only wanted the American Dream.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is using renewable energy tax money collected from us to fight the very people who are fighting for their health and property rights. These people are being shot with their own bullets. The taxes they paid.

Now this should make every taxpayers blood boil. The news media has been reporting the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal is complete. Where is the news media getting their information from the sewer ?

Massachusetts officials and news media officials are backed into a corner and unable to behave responsibly telling and reporting the truth. The ocean wind port started out at 35 million and is being called complete at 113 million.

The placement of the turbines has caused noise problems described as torturous by wind turbine victims followed by many massive financial renewable energy failures like the New Bedford ocean wind port.
