Plans For New Falmouth Police Station Await Public Input
The town will hold a meeting next week to get feedback and address questions about the latest design.

FALMOUTH, MA — A new police station has been in the works here for over a year, and next week the public can weigh in on what the law enforcement base might look like.
The station, proposed for construction at 100 Brick Kiln Road in the Teaticket neighborhood, would replace existing headquarters more than 2 miles away in Falmouth Village. Voters at November’s town meeting approved spending $5.15 million to design the new station, and building it could cost as much as $65 million.
This isn’t the first time residents have seen proposals for the new HQ.

A public advisory committee has been working since January 2025 to come up with a replacement site. The committee whittled down a list of 576 potential locations to just 22, and after further review and resident input, unanimously recommended the Kiln Street site.
The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. at the Falmouth Senior Center, 780 Main St. – next door to the current police station.
