Town of Falmouth Files "No Opposition" Wind Turbines Land Court

Falmouth Fast Track Wind Turbine Land Court

On June 8, 2016 a case management conference was held in Massachusetts land court over Falmouth wind turbine number 1.

The wind turbine plaintiffs attorney filed a revised motion and a motion to transfer their zoning case involving the same parties from superior court on June 24, 2016.

Opposition to the motion to intervene by plaintiffs attorney was due by July 1, 2016. (As of noon today no opposition has been filed. )

The other zoning case may in fact be Falmouth wind turbine number 2. Falmouth has over ten litigation cases over health and property takings with illegally placed wind turbines

Expert disclosures are due by September 30, 2016.

The discovery period closes on October 31, 2016.

Falmouth is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States taking health and property rights.

The Town of Falmouth is spending up to $300,000.00 every six months on wind turbine litigation

The town has over ten active litigation cases ongoing

Over one million dollars has been spent on litigation with years of litigation in the future on taxpayer tab

Falmouth Wind 1 no longer operates and Falmouth Wind 2 only operated 6/12 when the wind is above 6 miles per hour.

The town is spending more money on electricity from the grid than the turbines generate to maintain the turbines
