Drunken Driver Crashes Truck Into House: Police
A 36-year-old man was arrested after police said he drove drunk and crashed into a house.
FALMOUTH, MA — A Falmouth man was arrested after police said he drunkenly crashed his car into a house Sunday morning. Police said they were called to Jones Road around 1:30 a.m. and found a red pickup truck that crashed into the corner of the home.
There was one resident inside the house when the crash happened. He was not injured, police said. The driver, a 36-year-old Falmouth man, suffered injuries but refused medical treatment, according to police.
The driver was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, speeding and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Officials said the house sustained extensive damage, and was looked at by Falmouth's building inspector. No other information has been released.
