Wareham Crossing Sponsors Outdoor Zumba Fitness Series

Wareham Crossing, is sponsoring a FREE Outdoor Zumba Fitness Series with elements™, the boutique-style fitness club, on Wednesday, August 21st and 28th, September 4th and 11th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program with national and international influences.  The outdoor Zumba series will be led by elements™ talented fitness instructors.  The classes are geared towards all levels, and are open to women and men. There is no cost to attend.

"As the summer winds down, work loads increase and kids head back to school, things begin to get really hectic.  Our Zumba classes are shakin', rockin' and hip rollin' good times which will help keep stress levels in check," noted Annmarie Churchill, owner of elements™.

Zumba Fitness Series will be held outside of elements™, which is located at 2421 Cranberry Highway, Unit 424, between Famous Footwear and Bath and Body Works.
