Wind Industry Dispatches Dahlgaard to Disrupt Falmouth
A New Subversive on the Streets of Falmouth

A person by the name of Vibeke Dahlgaard, a research assistant from University of Copenhagen in Denmark, is doing an anthropolocical field study of local perception of wind turbines here on Cape Cod. She’s living in Woods Hole for the next few months and soliciting interviews with Falmouth residents physically effected by our town wind turbines.
She’s asked my family for an interview. However, upon further research after her communique, it’s revealed that she is connected with a group called Wind2050 network, having a mission to fight local resistance against wind turbines.
One of my researcher friends in Denmark has characterized the Wind2050 network (agency she works with) as a mechanism to undermine community autonimy. If true, it appear the Wind2050 network objective is not only un-democratic, but advocates against Falmouth Bylaw (past & present) as well as Massachusetts ‘Home-Rule’ doctrine.

Being a true Massachusetts Patriot, as well as a staunch advocate of Home Rule, I obviously dismissed her request. I urge to one and all, if she should seek imput for her alleged thesis, point no further than the Town’s violation of its own Home-Rule authorized Wind mill/Turbine Bylaw (past and present)!
It’s amazing the lengths undertaken by the Wind Industry, whether local, state or federal, to disprove a ‘mistake.’
