Wind Turbine Fiasco Induced By Massachusetts News Media

Wind turbine companies along with the Town of Falmouth may be violating federal racketeering law by colluding to defraud the public.

Wind turbine companies along with the Town of Falmouth may be violating federal racketeering law by colluding to defraud the public about the threat posed by regulatory noise pollution from commercial wind turbines.

Back in August of 2010 Vestas wind turbine company the manufacturer of the Falmouth wind turbines warned the town the turbines produced 110 decibels of noise twice the noise of those used in a study. The town hid the warning letter for 5 years

An internal April 2013 Massachusetts Clean Energy staff memo to its Board of Directors shows they have known for at least three years that their Falmouth wind turbine had faulty acoustic noise tests and have intentionally deceived the public about the regulatory noise threat.

The collected documents reveal the Massachusetts wind turbine industry campaign has relied on a variety of deceptive practices, including avoiding the impact of low frequency noise generated by turbines that had been linked to the exact same symptoms as those being reported today more than 30 years ago in research conducted for the renewable energy industry by NASA.

Other discovered eye-opening documents show the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center had warned about two distinct types of noise from wind turbines. The types of noise were “regulatory” noise measured in decibels and “human annoyance.”

The reference to the two distinct types of noise were dropped for the Falmouth wind turbine noise study and all other studies after in Massachusetts

The NASA wind studies refered to “human annoyance” thirty years ago as wind turbine infra sound.

Ditlev Engel former Chief Executive Officer of Vestas wind company has publicly stated there is nothing they can do to stop infra sound. Massachusetts state and local health officials continue to ignore thirty years of warnings about the human annoyance from NASA and the CEO of the company that sold the turbines to Falmouth.

The Massachusetts Board of Health is definitely not interested in scientific reality. The deception strategy is to ignore the “human annoyance” aka infra sound from wind turbines. The Massachusetts health agencies have successfully stalled meaningful noise regulations for years torturing our residents for a political wind turbine renewable energy agenda gone terribly wrong.

Scientists have been warning about the looming threat of “regulatory” and “human annoyance” for decades, but government official have only begun to take a noise desrcibed as torture seriously.

So what should be done?

There are many ways.

First continue consumer education and state court litigation all can play an important role in forcing them to admit the so called “mistakes.”

Second end their disinformation campaigns which include the omission of negative wind information. The Massachusetts news media has made lying by omission about commercial wind turbines unique to Massachusetts.

The most effective tactics remain a subject for public debate. As the efforts to deceive the public becomes clearer, it is high time these state agencies take responsibility for their actions and the damage they’ve done.

The former Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley allowed the creation of a second class of citizens living under the wind turbine blades statewide. The AG went on to work for a law firm specializing in wind turbine installations. A news editor for one newspaper retired and went to work for the New Bedford Wind Energy Center.

Make the public aware hundreds of millions of dollars were poured into building the incomplete New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal an ocean wind turbine port fiasco. The port only has a legal entrance of 120 feet at the hurricane gates in which specialized wind turbine jack-up barges don’t fit. The port has no rail link or cranes. The bond payments continue to cost taxpayers $187,500.00 a month for the next 30 years at taxpayer expense. The port remains unleased.

Much of what we learn in the media has to do with the people and the affairs of government. Governments want to convince the public to support their policies.

The commercial wind programs in Massachusetts are a health and financial fiasco. For the sake of humanity stop the fiasco and tell the truth........more to come
