Yarmouth Couple Plead Guilty to Child Abandonment, Larceny Charges
They were sentenced on Monday.

A Yarmouth couple pled guilty and was sentenced on Monday a week after they fled a Walmart after stealing a 58-inch TV in Falmouth and abandoned their 5-year-old son after he fell out of their vehicle during the escape.
Lisa Degerolamo, 29, of Yarmouth, and Daniel McLaughlin, 29, of Yarmouth, pled guilty child endangerment and larceny charges, reported the Cape Cod Times.

Degerolamo was sentenced to one year at Barnstable County Correctional Facility with 60 days to be served and the rest on probation. McLaughlin was sentenced to one year in a correctional facility, reported the Cape Cod Times.
The child has been in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.
