Brock Holt Shut Down For 'Foreseeable Future'

Holt saw a head specialist Thursday and will not be playing for quite some time it seems.

BOSTON, MA – Red Sox utility man Brock Holt is at a tough spot in his road to recovery from head injuries. The former All-Star was placed on the disabled list on April 22 with vertigo symptoms. He was rehabbing in Pawtucket, but Boston manager Friday night told reporters Holt will be shut down for the "foreseeable future."
