UPDATED: Green Line Derails Near Kenmore Station

A train on the MBTA's Green Line derailed just near the area of Kenmore Station early Monday afternoon, the Boston Globe reported. 

While no serious injuries were immediately reported as a result of the derailment, about 10 were transported to the hospital Monday, with four reporting back pain, according to WHDH.

Outbound Green Line C- and D-line riders are asked to take any train to Kenmore for shuttle buses, according to the MBTA.

The MBTA has deployed buses to replace the C line trains from Kenmore Station to St. Mary's Street station, and the D line trains from Kenmore Station to Fenway Station.
