Movie Tour Company Brings Fans to Fenway

It seems like every other movie made in the last 10 years was set in Boston, and at least half of them filmed a scene at Fenway park. From Fever Pitch to The Town to The Social Network to Ted, the Fenway/Kenmore area's had its share of screen time. 

The Boston Herald had a story this week about two tours that bring Hollywood sightseers to spots around the city—including Fenway Park.

The piece focused on two different options presented by On Location Tours. The first sends customers on a 90-minute iPad-guided walking tour of 25 locations. The second puts customers on a bus to see more than 40 sites in three hours. Both present clips that correspond to the tour stops.

The story says that the tours are in a constant state of flux due to Hollywood’s whims and hits, but tour guide and Norwood native Dave Aspro said that Good Will Hunting remains one of his and his customers’ favorites.
