The best-of-five series starts in Cleveland because of Boston's 2-1 loss Sunday afternoon. That means David Ortiz is only guaranteed one more game at Fenway Park.

If the Red Sox advance, they would begin the American League Championship Series on Fri., Oct. 14. If Boston plays Baltimore or Toronto, the series will start here. If Boston plays Texas, the series will start on the road. That series will also be broadcast on TBS.
The World Series will start Tues., Oct. 25. The American League has home-field advantage, so Boston would start at Fenway regardless of opponent. A potential Game 7 is scheduled for Wed., Nov. 2.
