2017 AFC Championship: Jaguars vs. Patriots Game Guide
The winner gets a trip to the Super Bowl.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The New England Patriots host the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 21.
Much focus will be placed on the right hand of Tom Brady, which has been scrutinized following a reported incident at Wednesday's practice session. According to reports, running back Rex Burkhead accidentally ran into Brady, causing a bad cut on the quarterback's hand that caused a bloody mess. Reports from Friday say that Brady was throwing the ball well, but a new report from ESPN's Mike Reiss says Brady needed 10 stitches near the inside part of his throwing hand, near the thumb.
On the NFL Network, team owner Robert Kraft said the incident was a freak accident and wasn't as severe as they thought it would be.

Brady will have to be quick with his releases as he'll be facing one of the best defenses in the league. The Jags are here following a 45-42 upset over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Jaguars ranked second in interceptions (21), second in points given up (268), second in yards given up (4,578) and second in sacks (55). The team has a tendency to bend but not break with the league's second-best points against average of 16.8.
