12:46 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Central Street, Ivanildo Procopio, 41, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and number plate violation.

March 9

11:00 a.m. - Philip Cummings, 35, of North Attleboro, was arrested near Commercial Street and Interstate 95 on a warrant.

2:24 p.m. - Ralph Delaiarro, 57, of Foxborough, was arrested at Norfolk Park on Route 1 and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and improper storage of a firearm.

March 10

1:00 a.m. - Benjamin McCoomb, 23, of Foxborough, was arrested at Patriot Place on Route 1 and charged with disorderly conduct.

2:16 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of North Street and Hallowell Road, Charles Conti, 30, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

March 11

12:37 a.m. - Stephen Foley, 28, of East Freetown, was arrested at the Scorpion Bar at Patriot Place and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
