Attleboro Man Indicted for Alleged Foxborough Snow Storm Break-ins
Kenneth McKay, 33, has been indicted in Dedham Superior Court on three counts of breaking and entering.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — An Attleboro man accused of breaking into homes around Foxborough in 2011 has been indicted in court.
Kenneth McKay, 33, has been indicted in Dedham Superior Court on charges that include three counts of breaking and entering, according to the Sun Chronicle. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, along with three counts of larceny and two counts of malicious destruction.
Police say that McKay broke into three homes during a blackout caused by a snow storm in November 2011.
