After Fleeing, Break-In Suspect Arrested by Foxborough Police

A suspect in a Mill Street break-in has been arrested by Foxborough police.

Shawn Senay, 35, of Holbrook, was arraigned in Wrentham District Court on Wednesday and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), witness intimidation, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle

Police responded to the Mill Street home on Tuesday morning after receiving a report of a male who fled from the residence when the homeowners arrived. Senay left the screen in his vehicle, turning onto Prospect Street before the vehicle crashed into a rock wall at the intersection of Mill and Prospect Streets.

After fleeing the scene, Senay was arrested in a wooded area by Patrolman David Foscaldo, Patrolman James Fahey, and Detective Patrick Morrison.

Patrolman James Mattson and Sergeant Michael Grace also assisted.

Foxborough Detectives are continuing to conduct a follow-up investigation into this incident.

The break-in is just the latest to occur in Foxborough. Police are still investigating a break-in on Meadowview Road from Friday. Anyone who saw a white Isuzu Rodeo in the area that morning should call the Foxborough Police Department at 508-543-4343.
