Voters will head to the polls Tuesday to pick the Democratic and Republican nominees for the general election.

Voters in the Bristol & Norfolk State Senate District will head to the polls Tuesday to pick the Democratic and Republican nominees for the general election.
The election is being held to fill the seat vacated by Jim Timilty, who left the State House to become the treasurer of Norfolk County. The winners of both primaries will move on to the general election on Oct. 10.

- Edward Philips, Sharon - finance committee member
Republican Primary
- Michael Berry, Walpole - Former selectman
- Harry Brousiades, Walpole - Town Meeting member
- Tim Hempton, Walpole - Town Meeting member
- Jacob Ventura, Attleboro - Former finance committee member
Voting Time
Most polling locations will be open from 7 a.m to 8 p.m. If you make the line by 8 p.m., you're allowed to vote.
