1 Seriously Injured In Route 140 Crash

TAUNTON, MA — One person was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after state police said the victim's car ended up in the woods off Route 140 near Route 79.

A medical flight brought the victim to the hospital, but their condition is not known at this time. Another person was in the car, but they were not hurt, police said.

The crash temporarily closed Route 140 in both directions.
