1:51 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Gilmore streets, Matthew Conlon, 38, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.

January 4

5:41 p.m. - Kristine Budano, 41, of Taunton, was arrested on Washington Street on two straight warrants.

January 5

8:19 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Commercial and Walnut streets, Genetta Kah, 24, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Kah also had a straight warrant.

January 6

9:35 p.m. - During a traffic stop near South Grove and Green streets, Nicholas Silva, 27, of North Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant.

10:22 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, Luis Santos, 45, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was arrested on a straight warrant.

8:58 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Lafayette House on Washington Street, David Perez, 30, of Worcester, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal ID, and possession of a Class C drug.

January 9

10:21 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Pine Street, Matthew Cournoyer, 20, of Norfolk, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, underage possession of liquor, and failure to stop/yield.
