Dr. John Mullin, Director for the Center of Economic Development at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, will be discussing highlights of his work on the comprehensive plans of communities along the Rt. 495 belt as well as what trends, successes and failures he has seen in town’s Downtown Revitalization Efforts.
