Experts from Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center are offering a FREE series of spring Health care Classes & Programs.  Today's topic:

Building Self-esteem in Girls: A skill-building workshop for parents.

Join Amy Muldowney of Foxborough Public Schools and the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC), along with local experts, to learn how parents of young, adolescent, and teenage girls can help strengthen their daughters' self-esteem. You will have the opportunity to learn from the latest research in an interactive class designed to provide parents with tips, tools, and techniques for raising strong, confident girls.
