Ex-Foxborough Selectman Accused of Indecent Assault
Robert Hickey, a former selectman and theater director at Marilyn Rodman, faced two indecent assault allegations from former coworkers.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — A former selectman and theater director at the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center was accused of indecently touching a theater board member and assaulting a worker. Robert Hickey, 53, of Foxborough, was charged with indecent assault and battery, according to The Sun Chronicle.
Prosecutors said Hickey inappropriately touched the board member's buttocks twice during a ribbon-cutting ceremony in January 2018, then assaulted a worker and her daughter May 28, according to the newspaper
Hickey is no longer theater director at Marilyn Rodman. He's due in court Dec. 18.
