Failure To Register As A Sex Offender, Disorderly Conduct, And More: Foxborough Police Log

5:02 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Mechanic Street and Maple Avenue, a Nicole Arpino, 29, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arpino also had an active warrant.

July 21

7:25 p.m. - Nathaniel Davis, 23, of Attleboro, was arrested at Patriot Place and charged with disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime to wit bodily harm/injury.

July 25

1:44 p.m. - Police received a report of a suspicious call on Foxhill Road. A subsequent investigation revealed that a sex offender that did not register with the police department was at the residence. Richard Hutchings, 27, of Dennisport, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

7:16 p.m. - Following a report of a vehicle traveling with its trunk open and an unsteady driver, David Ross, 50, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense).
