Fake Pats Tickets, Disorderly Conduct: Foxborough Police Log

January 18

12:22 p.m. - Robert Sullivan, 34, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug.

3:12 p.m. - Following a car crash at the intersection of North Street and Route 1, Kristine Budano, 41, of Taunton, was arrested on two straight warrants and a default warrant.

January 19

9:40 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, Karenlee Potts, 64, of South Boston, was arrested on a default warrant.

10:03 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Pierce Street and Turner Road, Virginia Sumner, 61, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to dim headlights.

January 20

9:04 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Oak Street and Ames Road, Joseph Tchavalentin, 29, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and number plate violation.

January 21

The following people were taken into custody during the AFC Championship game:

  • Ten people were taken into protective custody.
  • Raul Lopez, 34, of Tlalnepantla, Mexico, was arrested and charged with attempted larceny over $250 and forging an admission ticket.
  • An arrest was made for domestic assault/assault and battery on a family or household member.
  • Dylan MacDonald, 23, of Wilmington, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Thomas Dalton, 49, of Marshfield, was arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.
  • Kelsie Morahan, 23, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Chad Harris, 46, of Seekonk, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with the arrest of another.
  • Robin Harris, 67, of Seekonk, was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
  • Ryan Kasputis, 39, of Sutton, was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery.
  • Rebecca Harris, 42, of Seekonk, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.
  • Justin Hurg, 24, of Miller Place, New York, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and battery, and resisting arrest.

9:34 a.m. - Police made four arrests at the Red Fox Motel. Tamika Ross, 40, of Bronx, New York; Jamie Barzey, 35, of New York, New York; Stephen Lewis, 52, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and Vaughn Waddell, 46, of Brooklyn, New York, were charged with distributing a counterfeit note.

9:41 p.m. - James Gingras, 46, of Douglas, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
